September Updates

Meeting notes from our Sept. 23rd meeting have been posted. If you have any questions or concerns please use the “Contact Us” link on the website. This will put you in contact with EMS who will work with the board directly.

The sign was received earlier this week. The installers are waiting on a few parts needed to place the sign on site. When we spoke to the company they are still hopeful for a October install.

We will keep you updated with new projects and updates to the neighborhood as they come up.

Pool closed for the season/Yearly meeting

Hello everyone, and thank you for a great 2021 pool season! We are so happy that we were able to open up, and that the community caused us practically zero issues with the entire facility.

There was a little confusion with the pool company to whether they would be able to close today or not, and they are not able to officially close the pool until next week, but they will not be doing the daily checks for the pool which are required to remain open. We do not have September as part of the contract with them, so we have to close today.

Next, we will have 3 board spots open at this years annual meeting. All 3 spots will be 2 year terms. The meeting will take place in the clubhouse parking lot, and will happen rain or shine. Please bring your own chairs.

The date will be Thursday, Sept. 23rd @6PM. In the event that we have a major storm, we will have a makeup date for the 30th (we will have the meeting in rain, as long as it is not severe strorms, tornadoes, etc.).

Last update: our community sign is officially in production with an rough estimate of early to mid October for install. Like everything in 2021, there is a production delay from the manufacturer.

Hope to see everyone at the meeting!

Pool Closing Date UPDATE

Metropolitan pools is still working to get our closing date down. At this point we will keep the pool open to the community with the idea that it will most likely be closed the 17th or the 18th of September. If the date is sooner, I will post the update, but as of now let’s plan on the 16th as the last day.

Enjoy the last couple weeks of summer!

August Updates

The city has officially approved our new sign, and the sign is in production. We are probably looking at end of September for an install.

Pool will be closing/closed September 7th (day after Labor Day)

Please be on top of yardwork going into the fall, as EMS will be coming through once a month for violations. Exposed trash cans must be stored out of sight.

We hope everyone has had a great summer!

Pool Hours 9AM-9PM (violations process going forward)

Evening everyone!

Sorry for the second round of emails today, but we keep having issues with people swimming afterhours.

Going forward, we have instituted a hardline on the pool hours. The pool closes at 9PM, and you have 15 minutes to clear out. After 9:15 we will start by issuing a warning letter, then a violations letter, lastly we will turn off key card access for the season for the violator if this does not work. Please be respectful of others and the pool hours. We have now eclipsed over 10 issues with afterhours swimming.

Paint/Roof Leak Completed, Pool Bathroom Door Unlocked

Clubhouse interior officially refreshed. Leaks in the main room are fixed and repaired, and the room is officially open for rentals!

I also figured out how to unlock the bathroom doors from the pool so we can start using those immediately. Reach out to Muncy.np.HOA@gmail.com for rental requests.

Lastly, we installed a new pool hours sign on the pool entrance. 9AM-9PM are the pool hours.

Updated Board Roster

With the relocation of Andy out of the neighborhood, we are happy to announce that we have added Tamara Bonhotel to the board. We want to thank Andy for everything he has done for Northpointe (he has done so much behind the scenes securing contracts/bids, setting up the entire process to allow us to transition to EMS, and much more). He will be greatly missed.

We thank Tamara for stepping up, and donating her time to help out the community. She will assume the secretary role, and Kyle will take over as VP.

Updated Pool Hours and Key Card access

Pool hours were extended by the board to 9AM-9PM daily!

Friendly reminder that if someone’s card is not working, please do not let them in. There is a large chance their account is not current or caught up. If someone has paid their dues and the card is not working, they can contact muncy.np.hoa@gmail.com.

Lastly, the clubhouse interior will be getting a refresh next week. Either going to happen Wednesday or Thursday.

Have a great weekend!

POOL IS OPEN!

Good Morning!

Spoke with the pool company this morning, and he said we are offically good to go! Pool has a small cloudiness, but he said it will go away in another day. WIth that being said, he said the chemicals are completely safe and balanced and we are good to start swimming!

HAVE A GREAT SUMMER EVERYONE!
